The next player can play any card
from their hand that connects to the
first card by a common number.
This player used the Double 2 card
because the 2's are common numbers!

The only person who can play the card that "Closes the Spread" is the one who can connect either
end of the first 2 cards using a card with a common number and
make the Open Ends of the cards equal a multiple of 5 points!
